Meet Imogen
Imogen's journey to becoming a sport and exercise psychologist (in training) ignited through growing up surrounded by sports and exercise. From the adrenaline-pumping days of athletics to the strategic intricacies of tennis and the team spirit of netball, she has experienced firsthand the power that being involved in sports can have.
This understanding fuels Imogen's desire to empower athletes to reach their full potential, guiding them through the challenges and triumphs that define their athletic journeys. Imogen strives to foster a holistic approach to performance enhancement and support, believing that mental and emotional well-being is as crucial as physical conditioning. Imogen has a particular interest in helping athletes to re-connect with their values to support high-quality motivation, to manage anxiety and the emotions fueled by competitive environments and to approach rather than run from pressure.
Imogen aims to facilitate meaningful change in the lives of athletes and exercisers not just on the field but also beyond, by helping them develop the tools and mindset to achieve personal growth and most importantly always enjoy what they do.
